The Spark


Lay a few sticks on the ground

to make some paths and circles.

Skip or hop, keep same pace, jump

over sticks and keep moving around.


Try It


Jump circles or sticks, steady

Land softly and stay light

Move around and stay steady


Then Keep Exploring


Keep the Zag going.


Add more sticks or turns.

Change the spacing.

Try one-foot jumps.


Movement steadies its rhythm.
