The Spark
Find a small hill, slope, or grassy incline.
Try It
• Bound uphill with big steps
• Jog back down slowly
• Add 5 jumping jacks at bottom
• Stay balanced on uneven ground
Then Keep Moving
Keep the Zag going.
Take longer strides.
Add side shuffles uphill.
Touch the ground before turning back.
Movement adapts outdoors.
