The Spark

Lay a few sticks on the

ground like a path.

One by one, hop over each

stick and keep moving forward.

Try It

Jump each stick one at a time

Land softly and stay light

Turn around and go back the

other way

Then Keep Exploring

Keep the Zag going.

Add more sticks.

Change the spacing.

Try one-foot hops.

Movement finds its rhythm.
