The Spark


Find a fallen log, curb, bench, or long rock.


Step up and see how far you can walk without stepping off.


Try It


Walk slowly, one end to other

Stretch your arms for balance

Turn around and try again


Then Keep Exploring


Step off the log and keep the Zag going.


Run a stretch of trail.

Jump over sticks.

Climb a small hill.


Balance leads to adventure.
