  • Start on hands and knees

  • Hands press into the ground

  • Lift hips up and back

  • Legs stay long or bent

  • Spine lengthens

  • Heels reach toward ground


Press hips high.

Build great strength.


A great shape for any time of day,

loosen up and turn upside down.
