Build the Shape


  • Start on hands and knees

  • Inhale, drop belly and lift head (Cow)

  • Exhale, round spine, chin to chest (Cat)

  • Flow with steady breath

  • Press through hands


Breathe and move.

Steady and free.


Great before/after active time or just to unwind.
