The Spark
Find a few sticks and lay them on the ground with equal space between each one.
Try It
• Jump over each stick, equal time
• Land softly and keep moving
• Turn around back the other way
Then Keep Exploring
Keep the Zag going.
Add more sticks.
Change the spacing.
Try one-foot hops.
Movement times its rhythm.
