The Spark


Find roots, lines, rocks, or uneven terrain to move across.


Sprint between trail markers

Step carefully across roots

Add 3 pushups every round

Stay light on uneven ground


Keep Moving


Increase speed slowly.

Add side shuffles.

Try backward movement sections.


Movement adapts outdoors.
