Find roots, lines, rocks, or uneven terrain to move across.
• Sprint between trail markers
• Step carefully across roots
• Add 3 pushups every round
• Stay light on uneven ground
Keep Moving
Increase speed slowly.
Add side shuffles.
Try backward movement sections.
Movement adapts outdoors.
