Moves with the wind

Adapts as it goes

The wind picked up as

Driftkin reached the trail.

Leaves spun across the ground.

Branches bent overhead.

The path didn’t stay still.

Driftkin stepped forward anyway.

Tried to walk straight through it.

Strong.

Direct.

A gust pushed hard from the side.

Driftkin stumbled.

Feet slid across the dirt.

It stopped.

Looked up.

The trees weren’t fighting the wind.

They were moving with it.

Driftkin took a breath.

Tried again.

This time, it didn’t push.

It leaned.

One step…shift…another step.

The wind moved—

Driftkin moved too.

Not perfect.

But smoother.

The trail felt easier.

It felt like something to move with.

The trail moved...

and Driftkin moved with it.

Driftkin kept going.

Not straight.

Not stiff.

Flowing.
